She's a Big Girl Now!

Last week Ellen and her new car were rear-ended at a red light.  The guy hit her hard enough that she hit the car in front of her.  The guy behind her was quite apologetic.  The police took forever to arrive, partly because they went to the wrong place, but finally showed up and took care of everything.  Ellen's car has $2000 damage and will be in the shop 6 days.  The guy that hit her came out worse.  Other than a text message conversation immediately after the accident asking me what to do, she took care of the whole thing herself.  We have a wonderful insurance agent who talked her through everything.  She's driving a Mazda CX-9 for the rest of the week and will be glad to get her own car back.
